Clean gently using a soft, lint-free cloth after wear to remove oils and residue. For deeper cleaning, we recommend a specific jewelry cleaner approved by our production team. This cleaner is selected to protect finish, plating, and structural integrity. (Cleaner details to be confirmed.)

Each piece is designed to endure regular wear, but care matters. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, chemicals, lotions, and perfumes. Remove before bathing, swimming, or sleeping. When not worn, store your piece dry and separate from other items to prevent abrasion.

Store in a cool, dry place—ideally in a pouch or box that limits air exposure. Keeping pieces separated preserves surface finish and prevents unnecessary wear. Proper storage is essential to maintaining the character and longevity of the piece.

We ship across the U.S. via tracked services. Please allow up to 5 business days for production prior to shipment.

For pre-order pieces, production time is separate from shipping and may extend beyond this window. Once completed, orders ship within 2–7 business days.

All pieces are final sale, as each is custom made specifically for you. Exchanges are accepted only in the event of a sizing issue. Refunds are not offered.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. Eligible items may be exchanged in accordance with our exchange policy.
